Ingredients:

Chamomile, Lavender, Rosemary, Peppermint, Eucalyptus, Lemon Peel, Dried Rose Petals, and Green Tea

Directions:

Add desired amount of contents into a pot of 2 cups of boiling water and let it steep for 20 minutes. Once cooled, add mixture into a bowl and create a tent with a towel over your head and the bowl. While closing your eyes allow the steam to hit your face for 15-25 minutes.
